Michael E. Evans is a man of God. He is also an expert at discovering, developing, and maximizing the potential in people. A master trainer and presentations professional, Pastor Evans calls himself an MBA (minister • business man • artist). His mission in life is to encourage people to Find, Follow & Finish their course.

While pastoring a local church for twelve years, Pastor Evans started seven additional churches, a publishing company, a leadership training school and an organization designed to attack the problem of racism and division in the Body of Christ. His expertise continues to benefit many industries, including Radio, Television, Film, Theater, Sales, Print Advertising, Hospitality, Education, & Government.

Pastor Evans holds a BA degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an honorary Ph.D. from Hosanna Bible College where he taught for two years. He also attended Word of Faith Bible College and has completed a variety of continuing education programs, including The American Management Association’s Effective Executive Speaking Course.

Pastor Evans devotes his time to preaching and training, as well as writing and ghost writing for himself and a host of others.

Pastor Evans and his wife Gloria live near the Atlantic Ocean in Shallotte, North Carolina and are active members of East Side Fellowship. They are pioneering a brand new church: Encouraging Word Church, in Chapel Hill, NC have one teen age daughter; Michael Gabrielle Evans.

Dr. Bernard Grant

A native of the inner city of Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Bernard Grant gave his heart to Christ at the age of fifteen and responded to the call to the ministry at the age of seventeen. He graduated with honors from NC A&T University in 1986. He received his Doctor of Ministry from Friends Christian University in January 2000.
